OUR ACADEMY

Auld’s Academy was incorporated on August 24, 2021. We specialize primarily in hosting or offering Accounting and Business related workshops and courses synchronously and asynchronously. Auld's Academy exists to serve:

Corporations and their employees
Students
Recent graduates
Self-employed or Creatives
Retired individuals

Our workshops and courses are facilitated by highly qualified and certified instructors, who have a wealth of experience in their respective subject areas, they are passionate about what they do, and they are all committed to fulfilling your unique needs.

OUR INSTRUCTORS

Principal Instructor

Shernett Auld

A passionate, empathetic and dedicated educator who consistently thrives to enhance students’ learning, growth and development. When you interact with Shernett you will discover that she is also highly committed to, engaging, challenging and inspiring adult learners through the use of a variety of learning and teaching strategies, and technologies; and is an exceptional communicator, who effectively conveys information both verbally and in writing. Shernett is a Lecturer of several accounting courses and a Chartered Accountant. She possesses a MSc. in Accounting, a BSc. in Accounting and Management Studies, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education and she has completed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination. Shernett is currently pursuing a PhD in Higher Education at the Ontario Institute of Studies in Education, University of Toronto. In addition to her passion for sharing knowledge, Shernett is committed to service and giving back in her community. She is married to her wonderful husband and confidant Christopher; and is an avid nature lover of birds, ornamental fish and plants.
